Hi, my name is Troy Dinga and I am I Senior at the University of New England. I will be graduating this spring as part of the class of 2021. When I first started out here I was an environmental science major but then I quickly realized that it was not the right major for me. I was in between a business major or just sticking with the environmental field. Then the university created a major that incorporated both Sustainability and Business. There are many things that I want this handbook to accomplish after reading it. I would like the first-time college student to read this and realize that all the teachers and resources available on this campus are here to help you. When looking at all of the resources that are here for students some don’t even use them. But after reading our handbook we want to show that they can be major help and they can teach you necessary skills that you will use throughout their time at the university. I want students to take away some skills that they might not have coming into college. There are so many lessons we have learned but we want to make sure that they take away the most important ones.
